This place is so delicious ! They give great customer service too ! I love coming here so good
The manager and the team are amazing! They have regulars including me. I love ordering extra chicken and it's less than $3.00. The hot pockets of 2 are so delicious you really only need one of sharing. Also the cream cheese wontons are delicious but break them open as to not burn your tongue. The ambiance is family friendly and it's a great energy every time I visit.
My family has been enjoying Mad Wolf for YEARS! A little bummed that they changed up the self serve vehicle but ehhh I get it! Flavor and freshness is unmatched. I believe it's a husband and wife that run it, who have the sweetest hearts (pic included) of their neighbors helping neighbors enjoy a hot meal, just so cool and definitely gives our family another reason to support. It's pretty basic inside nothing too fancy but not dirty or dated feeling. They have tables for large family style seating or smaller intimate party's.
The food is amazing. And I like the fact that they dish it up for you then cook. Very friendly Service was great and love that it is packed in to go because it's a lot of food

Mad wolf is one of the most authentic and fresh Mongolian bbq I've ever had. My husband and I drive about 25 minutes to eat here. Service is always excellent and the food is priced below market. They have a large variety of fresh vegetables and meats (tofu is also available). One of the main reasons I love coming back here is the amazing customer service. The place is ran by a man and woman who seem to be the owners, they are always so kind and welcoming.
I can't say enough good things about this place--I absolutely love it! Everything about it is perfect: it's simple, convenient, and so well thought out. All you have to do is point to what you want, and they build your meal exactly how you like it. The whole process is so satisfying. What really makes this place stand out is the people. It's family-owned, and you can tell they pour their hearts into everything they do. They're so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whether it's your first visit or your tenth, they make you feel right at home. And the food? Amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. You can taste the care and quality in every bite. We LOVE mad wolf! Not only are the people there so friendly, but it's super easy to order and the food is amazing! Everything is customizable - I recommend spicy, teriyaki, garlic, and oil mixed together for the sauce. Great portion sizes for the price as well. This is seriously a hidden gem tucked in the back of a shopping center. Thank you Mad Wolf!
I would say 3 stars for the food and 5 stars for the service so the overall rating is a 4. We came here at the request of a family member. The plaza where Mad Wolf is located is run down, to put it mildly. So it definitely felt a little uneasy walking up to Mad Wolf. We were the first ones there for lunch, so got to pick a table by the window. This would be convenient for folks for needed a quick takeout. The concept is to select your ingredients and then they cook it for you and serve it in a to go plastic container. Service was quick and really friendly and accommodating. I got half and half beef and pork with noodles, selected toppings of tofu, bok choy, carrots, among other items and the mild spice, garlic, and ginger sauces. My noodles came out a bit too salty, in fact everything was really salty. The bowls where they fill the ingredients was a bit small, so once cooked, the carrots and bok choy were nearly undetectable in the container from shrinkage. Service on the other hand was fantastic, they were proactive in helping us move tables to accommodate our party, checked in on us, and was generally friendly and efficient.
